A gastonomic history
My story is deeply intertwined with that of Lyon – the world capital of traditional gastronomy. It all began in the historic Saint-Jean district, where my grandparents owned a cozy and authentic “bouchon lyonnais” – a warm, welcoming restaurant serving hearty local cuisine. It was through my grandmother, Marguerite, a truly gifted cook, that I discovered the art of French cuisine.
During my time in São Paulo, Brasil, I discovered the vibrant heart of Brazilian culture — a place full of rhythm, warmth, and incredible flavors. From the lively streets and music-filled festivals to the generous people and rich traditions, every day was an adventure.
I explored the colorful world of Brazilian cuisine, from feijoada and pão de queijo to the irresistible sweetness of brigadeiros and cacao desserts. Living in Brazil, the land of chocolate, deepened my appreciation for its origins and taught me that chocolate is more than a treat — it’s a story of culture, community, and joy.
Today, I’m thrilled to share that passion with you during a unique culinary and sensory workshop, where tradition meets creativity.
Together, we’ll explore the rich history of French gastronomy and the great chefs who shaped the art of fine dining.
Join me for an immersive gastronomic experience, full of stories, aromas, and the joy of taste.
